On Saturday, March 28, 2009 Chef Chuck Wheeler was a broadcast sensation on the CBS affiliate in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Chuck prepared seafood dishes to promote Copeland’s seafood special until April 12. In a five-minute segment, Chuck was able to promote the newly renovated restaurant on Essen Lane, in addition to the specials going on at Copeland’s AND CCB.

Copeland’s highly anticipated new restaurant is now open to the public.

Copeland’s Social City, both a restaurant and martini lounge, opened its doors on November 21st to rave reviews. The New Orleans style grand opening party featured signature cocktails, an array of tasty appetizers and live music.

Patrons can now share in the grandeur of what was formerly Sweet Fire & Ice, but at an entirely new level – with even more social events and music!

We invite you to dine with us at our newest venue. Take in the elegant atmosphere while tasting the pan roasted lobster, open face crab melt or artichoke and spinach fondue – all made from scratch.
